As of August 1, 2009, we will no longer be making appointments by email. Instead, please call our nearest office to make an appointment. We can usually get you started right away with an initial appointment either the same or following week.

  • Below 18.5: Underweight
  • 18.5 – 24.9: Normal
  • 25.0 – 29.9: Overweight - Significant Health Risk
  • 30.0 and Above: Obese - Severe Health Risk
